RoleDescription
This role reports to the Director, Site Services & Commodities, Indirect Procurement and supports the Site Services & Commodities team, including Category Managers, as an analyst. The role is structured around three key focus areas, however dependent on business needs these could vary.
Analytical Support
- Conduct detailed spend analysis and segmentation toidentifycategory opportunities.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to support category strategies and sourcing decisions.
- Maintain and update pricing files, supplier catalogs, and procurement databases.
- Assistin developing total cost of ownership (TCO) models and supplier risk profiles.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track category performance and supplier KPIs.
- Track and report savings, compliance, and supplier performancemetrics.
- Manage suppliercatalogues, rate cards, and service level agreements (SLAs), including those that spanlogisticsand site services.
- Resolve escalations and drive continuous improvement initiatives acrosscategories.
Sourcing Support
- Collaborate with Global Category Managers to developglobal category strategies aligned with enterpriseobjectivesand regional market dynamics.
- Identifyand prioritize sourcing opportunities to deliver cost savings, service improvements, and risk mitigation.
- Support the Category Manager in executing sourcing events including RFPs, RFQs, and e-auctions.
- Lead execution ofsourcing events.
- Support contracting activities including leading specific contracting events, liaising with business partners, suppliers, and legal teams.
- Assistin supplier evaluation, qualification, and onboarding processes.
- Help manage contract lifecycle activities such as tracking compliance and administering rebate programs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve issues and ensuretimelydelivery.
Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
- Participate in cross-functional category councils or governance forums.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and benchmarking activities.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Quality, EHS, Legal, and other teams to ensure alignment and execution of procurement strategies
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain analysis preferred.
- Exposure to indirect procurement categories is a plus.
Technical Skills and Competencies Required
- Strong analytical skills withproficiencyin Exceland data visualization tools.
- Knowledge anddemonstrateduseoftools like Alteryx, Trifecta,PowerBIor otherdata preptools are desirable.
- Basic understanding of procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba) is desirable.
- Good communicationandtimemanagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop in category management and strategic sourcing.
- Typical sourcing categories and project experience include, but are not limited to: Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), maintenance services, property management, security services (guarding, surveillance, access control), cleaning and sanitation services (janitorial, GMP/cleanroom, industrial), waste management (hazardous and non-hazardous), grounds and exterior services, energy procurement and consulting, utilities management (electricity, gas, water, wastewater), MRO (maintenance, repair and operations) supplies, industrial supplies and consumables, packaging suppliers (primary and secondary packaging), PPE and safety equipment, environmental health and safety (EHS) services, office supplies, workplace services (moves, adds, changes and space planning), mailroom and office services, fleet management (leasing, maintenance, fuel programs)

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $82,000.00- $118,000.00 Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation.
