The OpportunityThe Category Analytics and Strategy team focuses on developing a deep understanding marketing impact on customer journey from early awareness to purchase. This position will analyze demand for Adobe's flagship products including Firefly, Photoshop and Premiere Pro and partner with product marketing, go-to-market, and other corporate functions to action cross-channel marketing initiatives that stem from that analysis. The team maintains a visible role in shaping strategic marketing priorities and influencing investment decisions to better serve customers and prospects through their digital journey.
What you'll doIn this highly visible role, you will help strategize and implement full funnel marketing motions and measurement across marketing channels. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to:
- Measure category demand to understand market trends related to our products and identify marketing opportunities through internal and external datasets
- Evaluate early signals of upper and mid-funnel marketing to infer downstream impacts
- Establish quarterly targets for critical metrics and communicate the evolution of campaign performance and customer journeys
- Build innovative solutions and frameworks to augment the influence of marketing on product growth motions.
- Work with paid media, PMM, GTM, brand science, and adobe.com teams to drive performance narratives on a weekly level.
- Partner with cross-category teams in driving standard processes and improvements in internal analytics tools.
What you need to succeed- Track record of using data and insights to inspire change and implement new initiatives
- Proven proclivity to leverage AI to facilitate analysis and develop strategic insights
- Ability to recognize business opportunities and structure problems into an analytics plan
- Capacity to succinctly articulate insights to a wide range of audiences
- Familiarity with evolving marketing tactics for young audiences (LLM/AIO, mobile/social)
- Knowledge of the cross-channel/platform media landscape and associated measurement/analytics tools
- Intellectual curiosity, flexibility, and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels in an organization
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing
- Willingness to both teach others and learn new techniques
- Disposition to work collaboratively with internal partners across teams

- Academic background in economics, statistics, engineering or other related field where quantitative problem-solving and the scientific method are emphasized
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $133,100 -- $236,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $163,200 - $236,400
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
