Your role at Clorox:Seeking a highly motivated CAS Manager to lead two captaincies at Target to drive category and share growth for Clorox and Target.
The role entails providing the Target buyer with unbiased strategic and tactical recommendations using relevant insights to increase sales and gain market share. It will require being proactive with generating actionable insights from POG data, syndicated data and internal data sources. In addition, the role will drive and execute the routine POG build process at Target completing key milestones on time and error free. Cross functional collaboration is key for category education and consulting on category driving opportunities.
In this role, you will:- Drive the business: Ability to identify opportunities to influence Target with Clorox growth strategies. Drive and execute routine POG process at Target.
- Customer Management: Effectively influence Target category reviews and provides appropriate data. Effectively utilizes cross-functional team to execute business plan.
- CAS Capability Development: Develops individual capabilities on key processes, tools, and knowledge. Develops strong collaborative relationships with Target and cross-functional resources.
What we look for:Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Category Management, or a related commercial function.
- 3+ years of experience leveraging customer, market, and syndicated data to analyze trends, generate insights, and develop actionable business recommendations.
- Experience working with Target is strongly preferred.
- Ideally based in the Minneapolis market.

Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
-Zone A: $109,400 - $210,000
-Zone B: $100,300 - $192,500
-Zone C: $91,200 - $175,000
