We are actively hiring compassionate
Caregivers and Nurses to fill
part-time and full-time positions working In home Care setting in a
Care facilities and/or
home health environment. We offer flexible schedules and a supportive work environment for those looking to make a real difference in the lives of others.
You must have at Least One Year or Caregiving or Nursing experience. What does a Family Tree Private Caregivers do? - Provide care support and assistance to our older adult clients to ensure their needs are met and they have a positive experience
- Help clients with bathing, getting dressed, brushing teeth and grooming
- Support with toileting activities and incontinence care
- Prepare meals and help with grocery shopping
- Help with laundry, light housekeeping and making beds
- Perform transfers using Gait belt and using mechanical devices
- Attend trainings and complete continuing education as required
Nursing: Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills that allow them to get to know their patients, build personal rapport and establish trust to provide high-quality care while increasing patients' enjoyment and comfort.
- Initiative so they can make independent decisions when required and accept direction and requests from patients.
- The ability to follow instructions but also act independently if necessary.
- Excellent observational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to act swiftly in emergencies and work efficiently.
- Flexibility and patience to work in a variety of living environments.
- Knowledge of clinical skills including changing bandages, giving tube feedings, administering shots, and setting up and monitoring IVs
Responsibilities:
- Travel to assigned patient's homes and manage their care plan according to physician's instructions.
- Assess and chart observations of the patient's condition at each visit.
- Complete evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs.
- Dress or redress wounds and assess the healing progress.
- Educating caregivers and family on the aftercare or ongoing care of the patient.
- Keep the patient comfortable through palliative care.
- Recommend tools or devices that may improve the quality of life for the patient.
Requirements

- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to provide professional references
