As a Financial Services Manager on the fast track to management, you'll start by immersing yourself in the role of a financial professional. We provide comprehensive training, state-of-the-art digital tools, and a robust suite of products to support both you and your clients. With our guidance, you'll master our competitive insurance and financial offerings, including life insurance and investment products, all backed by NYLIFE Securities' expertise.

Your journey with us is just beginning. After a year of practical experience, you'll enter our specialized Associate Partner training program, equipping you with the leadership skills to build and lead your own team.

If so, the Accelerated Path to Management Program may be right for you. In the Accelerated Path to Management Program, you'll start off as a financial professional,* learning how to sell our products, building client relationships, and meeting specific requirements1 before transitioning into a management role. You'll then undergo a six-month intensive training program designed to prime you for success as a manager. You will use that experience to understand how to recruit and coach others to success.
