Qualifications

  • Expertise in Endovascular Vein Harvesting (EVH) required; Radial Artery Harvesting is a plus.

  • Preferred certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).

Full Job Description
Position Overview:
  • First assist in cutting-edge Cardiothoracic and Vascular surgeries.
  • Expertise in Endovascular Vein Harvesting (EVH) required.
  • Admitting service: actively manage and coordinate inpatient care, ensuring continuity from admission to discharge.
  • Collaborate closely with an experienced and supportive team of Cardiothoracic Surgeons, fellow APPs, nurses, and specialists.
  • Join a robust, established team of APPs, ensuring collaborative support and professional growth.
  • Access to the latest technology in cardiac care, including advanced valvular interventions, minimally invasive procedures, and state-of-the-art facilities for ECMO, TAVR, robotic surgery, and Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) placement.
  • Work at a modern, 200+-bed hospital featuring a 20-bed ICU, Level II Trauma Center.
  • Smart Technology: See more patients without extending your day. Our providers use Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology to automate documentation, reduce administrative burden, improve patient flow, and ensure accurate coding-leading to better work-life balance and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of Cardiothoracic and Vascular APP experience.
  • Proficiency with Endovascular Vein Harvesting (EVH), Radial Artery Harvesting is a Plus!
  • Active Idaho license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certifications in BLS and ACLS (preferred).
