Job Description: - Provides primary care and treatment to patients under the auspices of the supervising physician
- Assures timely and accurate entries of medical histories, progress notes and treatment recommendations in the patients' medical records
- Provides service in accordance with policies and procedures
- Practices within scope of practice as delineated by education and training including, but not limited to:
- Conforms to prescriptive privileges
- Obtains co-signature by the supervising physician on all prescriptions written
- Does not prescribe narcotics
- Refers patients for laboratory, x-ray and specialty care for needed services that cannot be provided at the practice
- Assures that adequate patient health records are maintained and transferred, as required, when patient care is transferred
- Participates with supervising physician in a periodic review of the patients' health records.
- Assures all patient management documentation, including pharmaceutical modalities, is outlined in the patient's medical record and signed by the supervising physician.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay Range:$91,313.86 - $169,845.73
