Job Summary

As a Product Delivery Senior Associate, you partner with product leadership to discover customer needs, translate them into clear requirements, and support delivery of improvements that matter. You will use user research, customer feedback, and product metrics to help prioritize the roadmap and evaluate outcomes. Your work connects strategy to execution so we can deliver simple, reliable experiences for our customers.

Job responsibilities
  • Partner with the Product Group to identify new product opportunities through user research, discovery, and market insights
  • Support planning and prioritization of the product roadmap based on customer value and measurable outcomes
  • Consider upstream and downstream impacts of new features on the end to end product experience
  • Translate problems and insights into clear requirements, dependencies, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to refine solutions and support timely delivery
  • Help identify delivery risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs, and escalate when needed
  • Support release readiness activities, including documentation and stakeholder communication
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of product ways of working and quality practices
  • Drive and participate in User Acceptance testing
  • Leverage AI to improve product and quality


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Strong knowledge of the product development life cycle from discovery through delivery and implementation
  • Experience gathering and translating customer needs into actionable requirements
  • Ability to write clear Agile stories/dependencies enable effective delivery
  • Experience collaborating with cross functional teams such as design, engineering, and operations
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present tradeoffs and recommendations clearly
  • Organized and outcome focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and using structured problem solving to move work forward
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a closely related role
  • Experience leveraging AI tools such as LLM Suite.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience in financial services or other regulated environments
  • Comfort partnering with technical teams and discussing data flows, performance, and reliability needs
  • Experience improving delivery processes to reduce cycle time and improve quality
