This role offers an introductory base salary, future draw, unlimited commissions, and premier benefits. The past four years' territory earnings have exceeded $300,000 plus each year.!!Signing Bonus!!What You'll Do- Prospect and develop new commercial roofing customers
- Build long-term relationships with property owners, facility managers, and decision-makers
- Identify customer needs and provide roofing solutions that deliver value
- Manage your sales pipeline and consistently follow up on opportunities
- Partner with operations to ensure customers receive exceptional service
- Grow your territory through persistence, creativity, and determination

Candidate Qualifications- Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required
- Roofing sales experience is Required
- Experience in growing market share
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve
- Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential
- Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
- Excellent time management and follow-up skills
