Full Job Description
This role is responsible for processing transactions that supports Derivative Trading, Securities Trading, Loan Trading or Agency Services Lines of Business within Capital Markets Operations. Major responsibilities include working on core operational tasks including Client On-Boarding, Trade Capture, Securities Settlement and Clearance, Confirmations, Client Support or Margin/Collateral processing. This role requires the ability to work in a fast paced environment, multi task with strong communication skills, and to enter data correctly and efficiently is essential. Additional responsibilities include internal coordination and to communicate with external clients as well as Technology, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Sales and Trading internal partners.

1. Process transactions as specifically required by job function and work independently to complete daily tasks within specified time parameters.
2. Interact with clients, teammates from the LOB and other support teammates to process requests and resolve issues

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. BS/BA Degree, or equivalent education and related training or 5-8 years related experience
2. Understanding of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel. May be required to demonstrate proficiency
3. Excellent interpersonal, time management and problem solving skills
4. Demonstrated technical expertise of select capital markets products and technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Prior experience in bank or brokerage operations with ability to show increased level of responsibilities
2. Knowledge of brokerage systems and ability to demonstrate thorough knowledge of operational processing environment
3. FINRA Series 99 or 7
3 Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry; advanced degree is a plus.
3 Knowledge of front-to-back processing within Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB), including familiarity with multiple derivatives asset classes.
3 Experience supporting and maintaining ISDA and related Capital Markets documentation.
3 Experience with client onboarding, counterparty maintenance, and post-onboarding lifecycle management.
3 Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Power BI, or other data analysis tools are a plus.
3 Process improvement, workflow optimization, and automation experience.
3 Functional knowledge of financial regulations, including the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, is a plus.
3 Experience working with onboarding, documentation, trading, and client reference data platforms.
