O'Melveny is seeking a Capital Markets Associate for our Houston office.

O'Melveny is seeking a mid-level associate Capital Markets Associate (3rd - 6th year). Ideal candidates will have a range of experience typical for our Capital Markets practice, including securities offerings and assisting public companies with reporting obligations.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and diverse team. Our Capital Markets Practice Group has substantial experience running the most complicated and high-profile deals. We view challenges from all perspectives-companies, investment banks, and regulators-to navigate deals seamlessly from launch through pricing and closing. So tell us, what do you want to achieve?
