About the JobYou'll play a key role in delivering Core PMO services for large, complex technology transformations, ensuring alignment across business and technology teams. You will drive program controls, enable stakeholder decision-making, and help ensure delivery performance and outcomes.
Engagement ModelThese roles are expected to be staffed on large-scale transformation programs at a single client for extended durations, typciially 12+ months. Consultants are embedded within the program structure, providing continuity, deep program knowledge, and sustained delivery impact across all phases of the transformation lifecylce.
Your Role- Own core PMO workstreams, including planning, RAID management, reporting, and financial tracking
- Develop and manage integrated program plans across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Drive RAID processes, including escalation, resolution tracking, and dependency management
- Produce executive-level reporting and insights to support decision-making
- Facilitate governance forums and ensure alignment across business, IT, and delivery partners
Your Skills + Experience- 10-15 years of experience in program management, consulting, or large-scale delivery
- PMP certification or equivalent, SAFe or equivalent preferred
- Experience working on multi-workstream or multi-vendor programs
- Strong understanding of governance, planning, and program controls
- Ability to engage mid-to-senior stakeholders and drive alignment
- Experience with PMO tooling ecosystems (e.g., Jira, Planview, DevOps, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $96,000 - $148,500.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
