Your Role
As a Senior Consultant (SC) on Capgemini Invent's Life Sciences team, you will play a key client-facing role, managing on-site relationships, leading project workstreams, and supporting practice development through sales, recruitment, training, and team engagement. This position offers exposure to diverse projects, building both depth and breadth of experience.
Project Delivery:
- Lead workstreams in Life Sciences commercial and customer transformation programs.
- Drive pharma marketing strategy, sales effectiveness, and brand planning initiatives.
- Develop business strategies for commercial organizations, including customer segmentation and engagement models.
- Design and facilitate client workshops on commercial vision, customer journey, and omnichannel strategy.
- Advise client marketing, sales, and commercial leaders on structured problem solving and strategy.
- Shape CRM and omnichannel strategies in partnership with Salesforce teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality workstream delivery.
- Lead analyses to assess commercial performance and identify transformation opportunities.
- Synthesize insights into executive-ready recommendations and roadmaps.
- Support development of AI-enabled commercial and CRM use cases focused on business value.
- Contribute to CRM capability maturity assessments and identify improvement areas.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
- Play a key role in client proposals and RFI/RFP responses.
- Identify new business and project expansion opportunities.
- Support recruiting, training, and mentoring within the Life Sciences team.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years advising or working with Pharma/Life Sciences commercial teams on customer journey, omnichannel strategy, and CRM execution
- Deep knowledge of omnichannel engagement, including journeys, segmentation, targeting, digital marketing, CRM, and content personalization
- CRM platform experience (e.g., Salesforce Health/Marketing/Sales Cloud) in business/advisory roles; hands-on configuration a plus
- Led workstreams and managed cross-functional teams of analysts and tech specialists
- Strong consulting skills: client problem-solving, workshop facilitation, executive storytelling, deck building, and client interviews
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills for structuring and interpreting business analyses (not coding-heavy)
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, focused on storytelling and analytical modeling
- Confident professional presence with senior and executive client engagement skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and effective in ambiguous consulting settings
- Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $112k to $160k
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
