Your RoleAs a Senior Life Sciences AI Consultant, you will lead domain-specific workstreams within AI engagements, owning delivery from discovery through use case definition, requirements, and validation planning. You will serve as the primary life sciences domain voice on the team-partnering closely with scientific, quality, and operational stakeholders while translating complex regulatory and business needs into actionable AI solutions. In this role, you will build strong client relationships, drive structured problem-solving, and contribute to both client delivery and broader practice development.
You Will
- Own end-to-end domain workstreams across AI engagements, including discovery, use case definition, and solution shaping
- Build trusted relationships with scientific, quality, and operational client stakeholders, acting as a day-to-day advisor
- Design AI use cases that incorporate GxP validation requirements, auditability, and data integrity standards
- Partner with engineering and data teams to translate life sciences requirements into clear technical specifications
- Lead and contribute to validation planning, including IQ/OQ/PQ approaches, CSV frameworks, and risk assessments for AI solutions in regulated environments
- Develop high-quality, domain-rich deliverables such as use case roadmaps, data requirement documentation, and regulatory impact assessments
- Contribute to internal knowledge development, reusable assets, and broader life sciences AI practice growth
Your Skills + ExperienceYou bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AI-enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI-augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.
Required Skills:
- 5-6 years in life sciences consulting - with meaningful exposure to digital,
- data, or AI programs
- Solid understanding of GxP validation requirements: IQ/OQ/PQ, CSV, 21 CFR Part 11
- Experience working with or within quality, regulatory, manufacturing, or medical affairs

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $105,600 - $199,480.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
