Salary Statement
Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $111,100.00/Yr. - USD $185,100.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Description

The Project Manager will be focusing on day-to-day operations for multiple government projects to include monitoring and reporting of, cost, schedule, risks, and program/project execution. The manager will work with key stakeholders, assisting in budget and financial analysis, development schedules, track requirements, monitor risks, and support the operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction and program/project success.

  • Developing custom workflows in JIRA to track cost, schedule, and performance across multiple projects
  • Managing and overseeing the maintenance and optimization of multiple project Kanban Boards for various projects, ensuring accurate representation of project status, clear task assignment, and efficient workflow management
  • Reviewing and updating boards to reflect progress, identify bottlenecks, and facilitate smooth task movement through each stage
  • Utilizing JIRA to develop and track requirements and status of programs/projects for integration into an organizational technology roadmap
  • Drafting financial reports, work statements, and cost estimates
  • Conducting risk analysis and reporting, issue analysis, identification and escalation for large-scale DoD projects
  • Conducting requirements analysis to decompose project requirements to operational levels

Requirements
  • Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • Minimum of five or more years of program/project management experience in an Agile Environment
  • Possess a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification, or equivalent Agile certification
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining Kanban boards to facilitate project workflow, track progress, and improve team collaboration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and JIRA
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 360, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Desired Skills
  • Ten or more years of program/project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in any technical or managerial discipline is preferred
  • Possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience utilizing JIRA to develop and track requirements and status of programs/projects for integration into an organizational IMS
  • Experience with BigPicture and other JIRA plugins
  • Experience with stakeholder management
  • Experience conducting risk analysis and reporting, issue analysis, identification and escalation for large-scale DoD projects
  • Experience conducting cost and schedule analysis of multiple ongoing project efforts in support of an organizational level IMS, including de-confliction of project dependencies
  • Experience with business analysis/decomposition of requirements to operational/engineering levels in preparation for capability development and/or acquisition
