  • Lead cross‑functional teams to formulate strategy, uncover new opportunities, determine product and platform lifecycle states, and ensure alignment to Wealth Management priorities.

  • Define and execute a multi-year roadmap by developing deep market and client insights, evaluating/evolving target client segments, and monitoring industry and competitive trends.

  • Define clear platform outcomes focused on client experience consistency, scalability, security, resilience, and adoption.

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for platform-level decisions, tradeoffs, and prioritization.

Client Experience (UX/CX) Leadership

  • Ensure a cohesive, intuitive, and high‑quality client experience across all Private Passport capabilities, channels, and devices.

  • Partner with UX, CX, and Design teams to translate client insights, feedback, and benchmarks into platform standards and reusable patterns.

  • Establish and enforce experience principles to prevent fragmentation as new capabilities onboard to the platform.

Platform Execution & Delivery

  • Manage execution of strategic direction for platform activities while providing input into budget planning and ongoing financial management.

  • Lead execution across platform domains including infrastructure, shared services, authentication, data access, observability, and UX frameworks.

  • Coordinate delivery across multiple agile teams and shared capability product domains to ensure dependency alignment and predictable outcomes.

  • Establish and execute coordinated go‑to‑market and cross‑program rollout strategies that ensure a consistent and differentiated client experience.

  • Balance foundational platform investment with ongoing feature enablement required by downstream capabilities.

Cross‑Capability & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Align product managers, engineering leaders, architecture, security, data, and operations around platform priorities and standards.

  • Act as a strategic partner to Wealth Management business leaders, ensuring platform investments directly enable client and advisor outcomes.

  • Influence and align enterprise partners to reduce friction and improve time‑to‑market for client-facing capabilities.

Operational Excellence & Risk Management

  • Display a balanced, enterprise‑wide perspective by partnering with business, technology, risk, design, and operations leaders to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.

  • Establish clear KPIs and health metrics for platform performance, reliability, client satisfaction, and adoption.

  • Proactively manage platform risk, resiliency, and regulatory readiness in partnership with Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams.

  • Own post‑launch performance management, including platform health metrics, KPIs, adoption, and value realization; drive continuous improvements.

Team & Leadership Responsibilities

  • Participate in defining group and enterprise‑level strategic plans; set priorities, goals, and objectives and ensure disciplined execution.

  • Provide strong leadership, coaching, and direction to senior product managers and platform leads.

  • Foster a culture of ownership, clarity, and accountability, while encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Represent the platform in executive forums, governance bodies, and cross‑portfolio decision-making discussions.

Necessary Skills, Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience required.

  • Advanced or industry‑related qualifications (e.g., financial services or product leadership credentials) preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, platform leadership, and digital transformation, including ownership of large‑scale client‑facing platforms.

  • Broad knowledge of Wealth Management products and platforms, with demonstrated depth and subject matter expertise in multiple areas and at least one core specialty.

  • Strong understanding of client needs and how they inform platform strategy, roadmap development, and experience design.

  • Proven expertise in product and platform management, including long‑term planning, lifecycle management, and performance optimization for a major business segment.

  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑domain initiatives across product, technology, UX, and operations.

  • Familiarity with agile product operating models, dependency management, and platform governance.
