Job Summary

The EUC Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth of SHI Canada's End User Computing (EUC) business across strategic OEM partners. This role enables sales teams, develops customer opportunities, and coordinates the operational processes required to quote, configure, procure, deploy, and support end-user devices.

Serving as a key liaison between SHI sales teams, OEM and distribution partners, and delivery resources, the EUC Business Development Manager ensures opportunities progress efficiently from demand generation through fulfillment and lifecycle support while supporting the overall growth of SHI Canada's end-user computing business.

This position is based in Toronto, Ontario, and requires a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of three days per week on-site at the SHI Canada office.

Role Description

EUC Business Development & Seller Enablement
  • Execute the Canadian EUC growth strategy across strategic OEM partners.
  • Identify, develop, and advance seller-led customer opportunities.
  • Build account plans, execute campaigns, and develop qualified pipeline.
  • Train and enable sellers on EUC solutions, OEM programs, and device lifecycle services.


OEM Program & Channel Management
  • Maintain current knowledge of OEM programs, certifications, incentives, and partner requirements.
  • Manage registrations, funding opportunities, reporting requirements, and partner engagement activities.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with Apple, EUC OEMs, and distribution partners throughout Canada.
  • Communicate pricing, supply chain, and program updates to sales teams.


Device & Distribution Operations
  • Review inventory availability, pricing, lead times, and device configuration options.
  • Coordinate quotes, orders, staging, deployment, and logistics activities.
  • Support Apple Business Manager, device enrollment, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) workflows.
  • Resolve device assignment, enrollment, ordering, and seller experience issues to ensure successful delivery outcomes.

Skill Level Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Three to five years of experience in technology sales, business development, channel management, or operations.
  • Experience supporting end-user device procurement, deployment, or lifecycle management.
  • Experience with deal registration processes, CRM platforms, and quoting tools.
  • Knowledge of OEM partner programs, channel incentives, and distribution ecosystems.
  • Working knowledge of device enrollment, provisioning, and lifecycle management processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


Other Requirements

  • Knowledge of Apple Partner Programs and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions preferred.
  • Experience within the Canadian channel, reseller, or enterprise technology market preferred.
  • Ability to travel within Canada as required.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • French language proficiency is considered an asset.


The estimated annual pay range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 which includes a base salary and bonus/commissions. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
