Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in corporate security, law enforcement, or military.
Preferred qualifications:- Certifications in CPP, PSP, CPTED.
- Experience with security technologies including CCTV, access control, and incident management systems.
- Experience managing budgets and performing costs analysis.
- Track record of managing security operations and security personnel and delivering high quality, customer-oriented security programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$187,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities- Own, manage, and continuously refine site physical, technical, and procedural security programs, process, capabilities, and resources.
- Implement, pressure-test, and execute security standards, policies and practices.
- Daily manage vendor security teams and operations.
- Conduct threat/risk assessments, draft and implement security operation plans, and identify necessary security resources, human and material.
- Manage security process, capabilities, and resources in response to incidents/disruption at site and the timely mitigation of risk to the business, its personnel and work spaces.
