About the Job
• Work closely with campus leads to help screen and interview candidates to hire intern and new
graduate classes
• Represent Five Rings in leading on-campus events and initiatives, such as career fairs,
information sessions, and coffee chats
• Assist in building out and running early identification programs
• Conduct internship midpoint and final check-ins
• Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships with senior management
• Collaborate with different members of the Recruiting team on various projects and improve
processes where needed

About You
• Bachelor's degree
• 2 - 4 years as a recruitment coordinator or recruiter, ideally on a campus team
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, able to take initiative, navigate ambiguity, and
proactively identify solutions without needing constant direction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to confidently interact with all levels of management
• Demonstrate good judgment and a positive attitude
• Maintain strict confidentiality of data and information
• Effectively manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and tasks
• Experience working both independently and collaboratively

Annual Base Salary: $100,000 - $140,000. Base salary does not include discretionary bonus, if eligible, or benefits.
