Overview

Position Overview:

As Campus President, you'll lead all campus operations, overseeing 8 direct reports and 100+ indirect reports across departments like Education, Student Services, Financial Aid, IT, Finance, and Facilities. You'll drive operational performance, manage P&L, and foster a high-performance culture focused on student success. Working closely with Divisional leadership, you'll make key decisions, develop teams, and continuously improve processes to ensure campus success in a dynamic, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Inspire and Lead:
Guide campus operations to optimize outcomes (e.g., persistence, retention, completion) and key metrics. Manage staffing, training, and performance while fostering a high-performance, motivated team and recognizing employee achievements.

Innovate and Execute:
Assist in developing campus budgets and operational goals, delivering on P&L targets in partnership with matrix leaders. Support policy implementation and communication to ensure effective operations.

Collaborate Cross-functionally:
Develop talent, manage change, and collaborate with leaders to drive consistency. Ensure employees have necessary resources, programs are compliant, and work with admissions/marketing to maximize student enrollment.

Community Champion:
Maintain regulatory, licensure, and accreditation approvals, ensuring adherence to campus policies and procedures.

Lead by Example:
Set performance and operational standards, lead the leadership team with clear expectations, and drive business results while maintaining alignment with core values.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree Required. Masters Degree Preferred

Experience: Minimum 10 years professional management experience within a post-secondary education environment. Experience in an Operations Management role leading organizations with P&L/budgetary responsibility in excess of $10+ million and 100 people.

Strategic Deliverables:
Lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve business goals and performance outcomes, demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Complex Problem Solving:
Quickly resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment, driving growth and improving results through effective decision-making and multitasking.

Management of Personnel Resources:
Utilize a participative management approach to develop high-performing teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage team members and stakeholders.

Technology & Tools:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint to support management functions and communication.
