Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Campus Network Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise Campus WLAN/LAN infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Cisco and Aruba networking technologies, network security, routing, switching, and wireless infrastructure. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network modernization, infrastructure projects, and ongoing operational excellence while ensuring high availability, security, and performance of enterprise network environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise Campus WLAN/LAN networks.
• Configure, manage, and support Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), and Catalyst 9000 series switches.
• Configure and manage Aruba Central, Mobility Gateways, Access Points, and ClearPass.
• Support network upgrades, infrastructure deployments, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Ensure network availability, performance, reliability, and security across enterprise environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols including OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP.
• Configure and support switching technologies including VLANs, STP, and trunking.
• Develop, maintain, and update network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical network incidents and production issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to implement scalable networking solutions.
• Apply network security best practices across wired and wireless environments.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in LAN/WAN engineering.
• Strong expertise with Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco ISE, and Catalyst 9000 series switches.
• Experience managing Aruba Central, Mobility Gateways, Access Points, and ClearPass.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise WLAN/LAN design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with routing protocols including OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP.
• Strong understanding of switching technologies including STP, VLANs, and trunking.
• Knowledge of enterprise network security best practices.
• Experience supporting network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects.
• Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with SD-WAN technologies such as Cisco Viptela or HPE EdgeConnect.
• Experience with network automation tools including Ansible or Python.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other cloud networking technologies.
• Experience with Cellular Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS).
• Experience using Ekahau wireless planning and analysis tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.
• Experience with network monitoring and analytics tools such as SolarWinds or Splunk.
• HPE Aruba certifications, including ACMA or ACMP.

Certifications
• CCNP Enterprise or CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure/Wireless certification.
• HPE Aruba ACMA or ACMP certification (preferred).
