Capital Group Rotational Program Business & Operations Track Associate - US - Los Angeles
What You'll Do
The Business & Operations Track consists of three rotational assignments completed over two years, providing exposure to the people, processes, and functions that support Capital Group's business and long-term success. Rotations may include opportunities in areas such as:

• Investment Operations: Support trade operations, data management, reporting, and operational controls that enable the investment process and help deliver strong client outcomes.

• Investment Enablement: Partner with investment teams on business analysis, project management, operational support, and process improvement initiatives.

• Global Business Services: Contribute to enterprise functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Legal & Compliance, Procurement, Enterprise Services, Workplace Experience, Communications, and other teams that support Capital Group's operations and strategic priorities.

• Additional Business Functions: Gain exposure to teams that drive organizational effectiveness, business performance, and enterprise outcomes across the firm.

Across rotations, associates may contribute to strategic initiatives, analyze business challenges, develop recommendations for stakeholders,aidentifya opportunities to improve processes and operational effectiveness, and collaborate across teams to support business priorities. Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $72,816-$116,506

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capitalas annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
