Campaign Program Manager (Integrated Marketing Campaigns)OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Campaign Program Manager to support the execution and delivery of large-scale integrated marketing campaigns. This role will partner closely with Campaign Managers, Creative teams, business stakeholders, and external agencies to manage campaign development, production, localization, and cross-functional execution across multiple channels and markets.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for driving alignment across stakeholders, managing campaign workflows, mitigating risks, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and at a high standard of quality.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign & Program Management- Independently manage the execution of small-to-medium scale marketing campaigns and support larger, more complex initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign workflows from concept development through production and final delivery.
- Monitor campaign progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential blockers.
- Ensure alignment between campaign objectives, creative execution, and stakeholder expectations.
Cross-Functional Coordination- Partner closely with Campaign Managers, Creative teams, business stakeholders, and external agencies.
- Lead campaign alignment meetings, creative reviews, and project status updates.
- Coordinate communication across multiple teams to ensure consistent execution and delivery.
Creative Development & Production- Manage creative asset development across multiple marketing channels.
- Support creative reviews and feedback cycles with stakeholders and leadership.
- Coordinate production timelines, asset delivery schedules, and approvals.
Localization & Global Collaboration- Collaborate with partners across regions and markets to support localization and transcreation efforts.
- Share campaign learnings, identify bottlenecks, and drive consistency across markets.
Process Improvement & Operations- Define, implement, and improve campaign management processes and workflows.
- Utilize project management tools to track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
- Support campaign budget tracking, forecasting, and operational planning.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in campaign management, creative program management, project management, brand marketing, or integrated marketing.
- Experience working with cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
- Experience managing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting retail events, brand activations, or on-site marketing initiatives.
- Experience with global campaigns, localization, or transcreation efforts.
- Familiarity with project management tools and workflow systems.
- Understanding of creative production, motion graphics, and post-production workflows.
- Experience working across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
