Job Description:

What is the opportunity?

As Campaign Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing our Campaign Operations team which includes dedicated Campaign Ops Manager and Automation Specialist roles.   You will also oversee our MarTech stack, including Administrator-level responsibilities for our Marketing Automation Platform (MAP), Eloqua.  You will partner with Global Demand and IT leadership in the definition and optimization of our core lead workflow systems and processes.  You will develop an enablement and process governance strategy to support key Global Demand functions, including Global Campaigns, Global Events, Field Marketing, and Partner Marketing.  Finally, you will contribute to the ongoing measurement and analysis of our Global Demand programs and campaigns with an emphasis on Global Marketing impact on pipeline and revenue targets. 

Here is a breakdown:

  • Oversee the team responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, including outbound emails, global landing pages, lead upload, lead scoring, and lead delivery.
  • Provide strategic operational support and planning to support the Global Demand organization’s most critical business goals and objectives.
  • Partner with IT to maintain key Marketing-related processes in our CRM, Salesforce (SFDC).  You will be specifically responsible for the Campaign object in SFDC as well as inbound lead routing and lead-to-account matching functionality.
  • Support – in coordination with Sales – the Business Development Representative (BDR) teams in the timely, measurable, and impactful follow-up of inbound leads and outbound prospecting motions.
  • Research, test, and implement AI technologies and tools that introduce automation and scale to critical Marketing workflows
  • Participate in MarTech system and tool evaluations, contribute to related security/privacy reviews, and support integration of new tools with core Marketing systems (e.g. Eloqua).
  • Develop critical metrics dashboards to measure performance against Marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue KPIs as well as associated lead and campaign performance tracking reports.  You will also contribute to quarterly business reviews (QBRs), event performance reporting, and ad-hoc metrics requests from Global Demand and Marketing leadership.
  • Serve as a bridge between business requirements and technical system and process implementation.

  • Operate and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while balancing multiple projects and initiatives as well as consistent “over the fence” requests from stakeholders.
  • Serve as our in-house Eloqua expert and support the always-on execution of internal Marketing Shared Services and campaign automation requests, including outbound email communications, campaign response uploads, and global landing page creation requests. 
  • Optimize lead management processes, including lead routing, lead scoring, lead tracking and reporting, and related enablement training.
  • Build and maintain target account and target lead/contacts lists to be used across multiple direct and indirect Marketing channels (e.g. email, paid social, retargeting).
  • Normalize and clean account and lead/contact data to ensure accurate Marketing KPI and Marketing campaign performance reporting.
  • Ensure system/data integrations are aligned to the needs of marketing with an emphasis on data availability, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of tools and systems inside the Omnissa MarTech stack; identify gaps and identify, evaluate, and implement new tools/systems.

Location:  United States
Location Type:  US Remote
Travel Expectations: 2-4 weeks travel over the course of year.  Potential travel to Omnissa headquarters in Mountain View, CA as well as Omnissa offices in India. 
Education: Bachelor or Masters preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

The typical base salary for this role is between USD $132,000 – $200,000 per year and it may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors.
