About the role

Zillow Group is looking for a talented individual to join the high-performing and hard-working Elevate Advertising Operations team. If you are a well-versed ad operations professional with keen attention to detail, a track record of working collaboratively, and can adapt quickly to new products and processes you will thrive in this role.


In this role, you will get to:

  • Be responsible for all aspects of campaign fulfillment: IO processing, campaign setup, creative QA and trafficking, and monitoring delivery for partners
  • Ensure the accuracy and fulfillment of all delegated campaigns
  • Collaborate with, and communicate between, multiple teams to ensure timely and flawless execution of campaigns
  • Uphold operational processes by ensuring protocol is followed by all teams in the life cycle
  • Assist internal teams in developing best practices for execution of ad campaigns
  • Troubleshoot any issues with campaign delivery, or technical or creative issues
  • Identify process inefficiencies and ways to improve operational workflow

Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $40.00 - $63.80 hourly. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia the standard base pay range for this role is $38.00 - $60.60 hourly. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.

Who you are
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in digital advertising
  • Experience working in Salesforce and Google Ad Manager preferred
