Amazon Web Services is seeking a driven Campaign Manager to join the Cloud Sales
Center (CSC) Customer Acquisition organization. This role sits at the intersection of sales
strategy, partner engagement, and pipeline generation, and is responsible for designing,
executing, and measuring prospecting campaigns that accelerate pipeline creation and
revenue realization for AWS inside sales teams across NAMER.
The CSC Campaign Manager is the connective tissue between AWS go-to-market priorities
and frontline execution. You will work backwards from Geo and Service pipeline goals to
build campaign prioritization frameworks, source and package sales plays, orchestrate
partner co-sell motions, and drive mechanisms like POWER Day that generate measurable
pipeline outcomes. This is not a marketing role; it is a sales-aligned program management
role that demands operational rigor, cross-functional influence, and a bias for action.
Impact and Scope
• Directly contribute to pipeline generation through well-executed campaign strategies
across one or more CSC segments (Enterprise, SMB, Greenfield, ISV, or Startups)
• Own the campaign execution calendar (Plan of Record) for assigned segments,
managing 15-25 sales plays per year
• Manage partner co-sell programming with moderate complexity, coordinating with 3-5
partners per quarter
• Deliver independently on campaign execution while seeking guidance from
leadership on strategic prioritization
• Support AWS market presence in NAMER through targeted prospecting programs,
events, and direct engagement
Track campaign attribution and pipeline tagging to demonstrate ROI and inform future
investment

prospecting cadences with segment-specific targets
• Support customer-facing engagement at live and virtual events, or via direct
