Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in CAM programming and machining simulation in an industrial environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAM software and NC programming.
• Experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing processes, particularly composites, is advantageous.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in multidisciplinary teams.
• English language proficiency required; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform CAM programming for various machining operations including both metallic and composite parts.
• Conduct and oversee machining simulations, ensuring they meet project specifications.
• Support and enhance composite manufacturing programming activities, specifically AFP and ATL processes.
• Provide support for internal digital machining solutions both on the shop floor and remotely.
• Assist end-users with adopting and effectively utilizing digital tools and solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation and status reports to track progress and address risks.
• Ensure clear communication about project milestones and outcomes.
