The Calibration and Preventive Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that all equipment is consistently operating at optimal performance.

This position reports to the Calibration and Preventive Maintenance Supervisor and is part of the Calibration and Preventive Maintenance Department located in New Brighton, MN and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Coordinate and perform internal and external calibration and preventive maintenance, ensuring accurate documentation in CMMS and Equipment Historical Records.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunction to minimize production downtime.
• Update work instructions and procedures as needed and assist other departments with equipment-related projects and continuous improvements.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Associate's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering OR equivalent technical certifications OR 2+ years of experience in calibration and preventive maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

It would be a plus if you also possess experience in:

• System Proficiency: Experience using CMMS for equipment historical record keeping and knowledge of industry calibration standards (e.g., National Institute of Standards and Technology, ISO 17025).
• Medical device manufacturing environment
• KANBAN System

The hourly range for this role is $37.00-$40.00 per hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
