Full Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Rhythm of Business design and execution. Own the end-to-end CAIP rhythm of business, including the Monthly Business Review, leadership and segment huddles, and the supporting content calendar. Set the agenda, drive pre-reads and executive-ready materials, capture decisions and commitments, and follow through to closure so each cycle starts where the last one ended.
  • Feedback loops and UAT. Run the structured feedback mechanisms that surface field pain points, and lead user acceptance testing for new reporting, tooling, and process changes before they reach the field. Prioritize findings with engineering and business owners, track remediation, and close the loop with the people who raised the issue.
  • Sales operations performance management. Deliver the recurring performance view for CAIP across revenue, consumption, and pipeline health, working with Sales Excellence, Finance, and BI to ensure a single, trusted set of numbers. Identify variance early, frame the underlying drivers, and bring forward-looking recommendations rather than backward-looking recaps.
  • Segment operations. Support segment-level operating needs across the CAIP business, including coverage and territory data quality, segmentation changes and their timing, and the operational readiness required when a segment motion shifts. Ensure segment leaders have the reporting and cadence they need to run their business.
  • Insights and executive communication. Translate operational and performance data into concise narratives for CAIP and Cloud & AI leadership, connecting strategy, execution, and outcomes so that decisions are made on evidence and land with the field.
  • Governance, accountability, and orchestration. Maintain the action and commitment tracking that follows every business review, driving accountability by owner and due date across a matrixed stakeholder group and escalating risks and dependencies early.
  • Continuous improvement and scale. Simplify and automate the operating mechanisms you own, applying AI and agentic tooling where it removes manual effort, and scale what works as repeatable practice across the CAIP organization.
