A highly respected national law firm is expanding its Mass Tort Solutions team and is seeking California-barred attorneys to handle a growing portfolio of California Lemon Law and warranty litigation matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys hands-on litigation and substantive legal work without the business-development expectations and pressures associated with a traditional partnership track. The firm has created a dedicated Counsel career path, offering progression from Counsel to Senior Counsel.

The Opportunity

This role offers the flexibility to work 100% remotely from anywhere in the United States, provided you are admitted to the California Bar. Most matters are filed in Southern California state courts, with some cases proceeding in federal court. Arbitration experience is also highly valued.

The team is open to attorneys with 2+ years of solid litigation experience who are comfortable independently managing a case and understand the litigation process. Experience on the specific Lemon Law/warranty side is not required-the firm is willing to train the right litigator.

What You'll Bring

• Active California Bar license required
• 2+ years of meaningful litigation experience
• Ability to independently manage a case and understand litigation strategy and workflow
• Prior court appearances and hands-on litigation experience
• Strong understanding of the discovery process
• Experience managing matters from inception through resolution
• Law firm experience preferred, particularly attorneys accustomed to tracking and billing time
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• California Lemon Law, warranty, consumer litigation, or arbitration experience is a plus
