Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented C3BM Principal Systems Engineer to join our team! In this role you will be part of the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts to include engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs.
What You'll Be Doing:
Participate in systems and software engineering meetings, presenting product developmentupdates, providing technical analysis, failure review summaries, and making actionablerecommendations.
Provide direct support to the lead for C2BMC algorithm development efforts.
Lead tasking andprovide technical systems analysis of Sensor Resource Management/Battle Management (SRM/BM)for C2BMC.
Provide daily support to C2BMC Spiral and Agile Development and the C2BMC Product IntegrationTeam (PIT) in all system-level performance assessment, verification, and validation activitiesassociated with C2BMC mission application development.
Represent MDA/BC in product peer reviews, system design reviews (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR), and primecontractor Agile Development workflow meetings as required to support C2BMC development,integration, test, and operations.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
12+ years of relevant experience required
Masters Degree in STEM required
Active Secret clearance
Proficient in system engineering and execution processes
Able to apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations

Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
Able to work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment
Familiar with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM ProgramOffice work efforts
Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $134,100.00 - $241,400.00
