Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance with 5+ years of experience (or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience).
• Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and AS9100 standards.
• Experience managing various contract types, including LTAs, FFP, T&M, and cost-type contracts.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and strong communication abilities.
• Knowledge of procurement lifecycle management and supplier relationship.
• Familiarity with ITAR/EAR regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage suppliers and procurement activities for spaceflight system development.
• Prepare RFPs/RFQs and perform price analyses for cost-effective procurement.
• Develop and implement negotiation strategies for contracts.
• Oversee the complete procurement lifecycle from requisition to invoice resolution.
• Ensure timely delivery of production materials that meet technical specifications and budget requirements.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards related to procurement.
• Utilize strong prioritization and communication skills in a dynamic environment.
