  • Develop and drive programs across divisions to enhance collaboration

Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver cross-functional execution of programs to meet and exceed Division(s) and financial goals for the Metal ALD product group
  • Coordinate division(s) product portfolio prioritization and budget alignment
  • Drive Planning and Operational execution to ensure optimal Balance Sheet performance, including optimization of cash and Inventory Mgmt. Ensure OPEX (operating expense) spending is in alignment with project plans and spending targets for division(s)
  • Responsible for business process creation and continuous improvement
  • Manage and drive division(s) COGS (cost of goods sold) reduction plans to deliver GM (gross margin) targets
  • Own some interface points across the enterprise including supply chain, AGS and drive specific plans for continuous improvement
  • Achieve tactical alignment of the division'(s) objectives with segment and AMAT plans
  • Develop and Drive cross divisional programs

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
