  • Translate business objectives and requirements from Private Client Group project managers into clear, well-documented, and technically actionable user stories and requirements for developers.
  • Manage and groom the product backlog in Azure DevOps, ensuring work items are prioritized, well defined, and ready for development within a Kanban delivery model.
  • Facilitate Kanban ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and flow/cycle-time reviews, to maintain visibility into work in progress and throughput.
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools to streamline requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.
  • Partner with software engineers and business analysts throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements through testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Lead planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Research and evaluate proposed technical solutions in collaboration with both technical and business partners.

  • Triage second-level system issues and distribute work items to the development team.
  • Assist with overall project implementation, including rollout planning, communication, and end-user training.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

  • Experience working in a Kanban or other Agile delivery model, partnering with cross-functional software engineering and business analyst teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable facilitating discussions between business and technical teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve the efficiency of requirements gathering and documentation.
