Capgemini is investing heavily in AI-enabled Digital Core and Intelligent Supply Chain capabilities to support leading clients. As a Business Technology Architect (BTA), you will lead end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives, bridging business strategy, technology architecture, and execution.
Business Architects define and structure the business strategy, capabilities, services, governance, organizational domains and key business processes. They align goals and objectives with products, processes, services, partners and suppliers to optimise the enterprise organisation, its capabilities and initiatives. The key focus is on the e2e value delivery, the business operations and business motivations linking the enterprise networks together.
Business Architects define and ensure a comprehensive and coherent view across business domains, from strategy to execution. They model and create organisational value capabilities, structures and maps to optimise transformation and change, operational value delivery and a rationalised and sustainable IT. Business Architect Work with external or internal clients to build a holistic view of the strategy, capabilities, services, governance, organizational domains and key business process assets for their organization. Lead business architecture solutions for a complete project or lead teams across multiple projects. Lead the integration of project solutions and governance. Certification: preferably Capgemini Architects certification level 1 or 2, IAF and TOGAF 9 or equivalent.
Your Role - Define and deliver measurable improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, working capital, and service levels. Translate business priorities into transformation roadmaps and link architecture to KPIs.

- Ecosystem Leadership- Collaborate with SAP, Google Cloud, and supply chain platforms (Blue Yonder, Kinaxis) to deliver integrated solutions.
- Practice Building- Mentor teams, support capability growth, and contribute to hiring and knowledge development.
Your Skills and Experience - 10-15+ years in CPR supply chain
- Expertise in planning, inventory, logistics
- Experience with SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder
- Familiarity with AI/ML and cloud platforms
- Strong consulting and leadership skills
- Client-facing role and willingness to travel up to 75%.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
