Opportunity:
CACI is seeking Business Systems Analysts to join the Records Administration and Management Services (RAMS) program which provides support for the BUPERS/NPC Force Management (FM) and The MyNavyHR Enterprise. We currently have opportunities available for Business Systems Analyst I, II, III and IV. Offers for these positions will be based on each candidate's skills and experience as they relate to the position and RAMS program mission.

Responsibilities:
Provide core records support
Troubleshoot issues affecting the generation of media (CD’s), support the CD Tower and Record Review room, and provide copies of fitness reports
Process Customer Service Requests (CSRs)
Coordinate with DFAS, PSDs, Ships’ Personnel/Disbursing Offices and unit PERSTEMPO Managers on pay and personnel procedures and transactions relating to administration, administrative corrections, account management and claims for PERSTEMPO Hardship Duty Pay – TEMPO (HDP-T) by Navy service members
Review and update SOPs
Analyze the business processes for EMPRS and other related programs
Coordinate to ensure the accuracy of the data maintained in corporate databases
Determine data accuracy using AD Hoc reporting tools for data comparisons
Solicit inputs and facilitate process mapping and requirements gathering efforts
Evaluate and document “as is” and “to be” processes, use cases, business rule documents, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), functional process documents, and Concept of Operations (CONOPS) documents
Analyze procedural changes for solving identified problems considering the capabilities and limitations of the existing environment
Facilitates the process to collect and define client requirements
Provides advice and recommendations on process best practices
Performs analysis on business or systems processes to identify improvements
Works with clients to understand and define needs and develop and recommend solutions
Interacts and communicates with end-users, management, vendors, and IT personnel
Qualifications:
Required
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-10+ yrs of related work experience, depending on specific position offered (level IV positions require a minimum of 3 years' experience, level III 5+ years of experience, levels I & II require at least 10 years of relevant experience, etc.)
Active Secret security clearance
Knowledge of Navy personnel data and business rules
Must understand how to write Functional Requirements Document (FRD), Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M), and application test plan and acceptance criteria
Ability to work as a team member in a diverse group, and deal effectively with both Government and contracted workforce members
Working knowledge of Team Foundation Server (TFS) for tracking of application bugs and issues

Familiarity with Navy personnel tempo, business rules and program, database queries, Power Apps and Power query

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$60,100 - $123,200
