  • Manage delivery plans across multiple workstreams by defining scope, milestones, dependencies, and resourcing; track progress against timelines and SLAs; proactively surface risks/issues; and provide clear status reporting to partners and leadership.
  • Create and maintain user-facing materials (SOPs, quick reference guides, release notes, and training content) by translating product deliverables into clear documentation that supports onboarding, change management, and self-service support.
  • Own day-to-day platform administration, including new account provisioning, role-based access control, user/group setup and maintenance, license/access audits, and coordination with security/IT to ensure compliance with access and data governance standards.
  • Maintain and optimize platform configuration and user experience, including front-end/page administration (pages, spaces, navigation), workflow and configuration settings (notifications, email templates, schedules), and routine regression checks to ensure stable operations.
  • All other duties as assigned.
