This position is located at our client site five days a week in either Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Dallas, TX, or Birmingham, AL.
For this role on this particular client engagement, employer sponsorship of immigration related visa and/or green card status as part of the PERM process will not be available.

CGI is hiring a Business System Analyst with banking knowledge to join our dynamic Mobile Application Development team.

Your future duties and responsibilities: Business & Functional Analysis
. Collaborate with Business users, portfolio managers, compliance teams, and operations stakeholders to understand business needs.
. Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
. Translate complex Mobile Lending workflows into system requirements.
. Conduct impact analysis for new features, regulatory changes, or system enhancements.
2. Digital Product Development (Web & Mobile)
. Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA teams, and product owners to deliver seamless client facing and advisor facing applications.
. Define and refine user journeys, wireframes, and acceptance criteria for mobile and web platforms.
. Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
3. Stakeholder Management
. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
. Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and sprint ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos).
. Manage expectations across multiple stakeholders and ensure timely communication of progress, risks, and dependencies.
4. Agile Delivery & Documentation
. Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support iterative delivery.
. Maintain product backlogs, requirement traceability matrices (RTMs), and documentation repositories.
. Support prioritization of features based on business value and regulatory requirements.
5. Testing & Validation
. Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios, UAT plans, and acceptance criteria.
. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
. Identify and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
6. Data Analysis & Reporting
. Analyze financial and client data to support decision making.
. Define reporting and dashboard requirements for portfolios, performance, and analytics.
. Work with data teams on integrations involving market data, portfolio systems, and CRM platforms.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst gathering requirements and managing stakeholders
. Strong expertise in SQL (mandatory)
. Hands on experience working with large datasets and data analysis
. Experience with REST API (Swagger, Postman)
. Experience creating Wireframes (Figma, Balsamiq)
Good to have skills:
o Experience working with data warehousing concepts
o Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
o Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines
o Experience working in cross functional teams

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $62,900.00 $139,300.00.
