Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical education in Website Design, Web Development, Accessibility, or a related field
• Experience analyzing and documenting functional requirements
• Knowledge of website accessibility standards and compliance
• Experience gathering business and technical requirements
• Ability to review website code and recommend accessibility improvements
• Experience testing websites and applications for accessibility
• Strong understanding of UI/UX strategy aligned with accessibility standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of customer-facing websites and web applications
• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Ensure compliance with website accessibility standards
• Review website code for adherence to accessibility best practices
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide accessible digital solutions
• Conduct testing on websites and applications for their accessibility
• Identify and track project risks, issues, and action items
