Position OverviewAs a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC's Lending Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, or Dallas, TX.
As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within Lending Technology your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, development teams, testing teams, operations, risk, and compliance to support delivery of collections capabilities within the Lending Technology CPR program.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable deliverables including user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and implementation-ready requirements
• Support both functional and technical requirements, including work related to Debt Manager and Java-based systems
• Conduct discovery sessions to gather, clarify, and document business and system requirements
• Create, refine, and manage user stories to ensure alignment with business objectives and delivery timelines
• Document current-state and future-state processes to support process improvement and system enhancements
• Analyze data trends and perform database queries to validate business processes and identify issues or opportunities
• Support API integration efforts by defining and validating integration requirements across upstream and downstream systems
• Research and resolve issues through collaboration with business, development, and testing teams
• Act as a liaison across teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood, implemented correctly, and validated against business goals and control expectations
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful delivery of enhancements and new functionality
• Contribute to projects including system enhancements, data quality improvements, workflow automation, and business rule implementation

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $75,000.00 - $137,500.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
