- Support Agile delivery activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, story elaboration, daily coordination, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Partner with technical teams to assess solution options, validate system impacts, and ensure proposed solutions align with business outcomes and enterprise standards.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect triage, requirements traceability, test case review, business validation, implementation readiness, and post-implementation support.
- Work across both in-person and virtual teams in a hybrid delivery environment while enabling knowledge transfer and succession planning.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst, preferably supporting enterprise insurance applications.

- Excellent analytical, facilitation, problem-solving, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong requirements management, business process analysis, functional analysis, and system impact assessment capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, process modelling tools, and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint and Teams.
- Ability to understand system integrations, batch processes, interfaces, APIs, data flows, and upstream/downstream application dependencies.
