Business Systems Analysis
Qualifications
• Project and systems analysis experience.
• Agile project experience.
• Business rules and data model/mapping experience.
• Experience with Confluence and JIRA.
• Diagramming experience (Activity, Sequence, Data Flow) using Visio.
• Experience understanding databases (executing queries) and reading basic Java code.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop strong relationships with business and internal stakeholder groups.
• Provide technical leadership and work closely with partners and stakeholders.
• Identify, document, and validate current-state technology capabilities and ecosystems.
• Support stakeholders in designing desired future-state solutions.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, including non-functional requirements.
• Own and manage traceability of system requirements through design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Promote innovation by applying subject matter expertise and generating forward-thinking ideas.
• Support implementation and post-implementation activities.
• Participate in quality management reviews, including reviews of designs and prototypes.
