Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technology teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather, document, and prioritize business needs.
- Lead workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and facilitate discussions among stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business cases, process flows, and user stories.
- Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions that enhance business processes.
- Support project management activities by providing insights and updates on project status and risks.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Provide training and support to end users to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
Mandatory Skills: - Proven experience in Banking Business Analysis with a strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulations.
- Expertise in business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
Preferred Skills: - Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Knowledge of emerging banking technologies and digital transformation trends.
- Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10 15 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on the banking industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex projects and delivering results in a fast paced environment.

The pay range for this role is $110,000- $120,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
