Description

In this role, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing, developing, and maintaining SQL-based applications, databases, and reporting solutions that support internal service lines as well as external agency reporting and quality initiatives. You will partner closely with stakeholders to design, build, test, and optimize quality and performance metrics that advance the goals of the Performance Strategy and Analytics team.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem solver with strong technical expertise, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for leveraging data to improve outcomes. This position requires the ability to lead complex projects focused on data automation, process optimization, and the enhancement of enterprise data structures while ensuring efficient, scalable, and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to develop reporting and data solutions.
  • Design, build, maintain, and optimize SQL databases, applications, and reporting workspaces.
  • Develop and validate quality, performance, and operational metrics for internal stakeholders and external reporting requirements.
  • Lead initiatives to automate manual processes and improve data workflows and system efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic analytics and quality improvement projects.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Leverage technology and best practices to promote efficient and effective work systems.

What we are seeking
  • Strong experience with SQL development, database design, and data management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects involving data automation and optimization.
  • Experience developing dashboards, reports, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Knowledge of healthcare quality reporting, performance improvement, or analytics initiatives preferred.
  • Experience with Intelligent Automation technologies and projects is highly desirable.

Salary range: $78,500 - $163,600
