Analyst Business Support – Remote

The Job:
As a Business Analyst, you99ll be part of our North America Automotive Commercial team at Stanley Engineered Fastening, you will:
- Partner with the Sales team and business leaders to drive commercial strategy
- Processing and reconciling customer chargeback disputes
- Maintain documentation and update revenue reports for customer chargebacks
- Partner with the Sales and Finance team to submit customer tariff claims
- Provide support for reporting and data management for Fastener Sales Team
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales and Program Management on open critical Commercial tasks and process improvement projects
- Support requests in Smartsheet

- Bachelors in Finance, Business Administration or Sales
- Minimum of 1 year of Finance or Business Analyst experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word

- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and evolving business needs
- Naturally curious and analytical, with a drive to understand how processes work and how they can work better.

The Salary range for this position is $62,200.00 - $100,200.00
