What to ExpectWe're hiring a Business Strategy & Operations lead to work directly with our Head of Business across strategy, operations, planning, commercialization, and business development. The scope moves with the company: wherever the next most important business problem is, that's where you'll be.
What You'll Do- Lead high-ambiguity, cross-functional initiatives, and drive outcomes with measurable business impact
- Run our highest-value negotiations: manufacturing, supply chain, infrastructure, and partnerships
- Support company and capital planning, including the models, scenarios, and analyses behind our key resourcing decisions
- Assist with investor, board, and external materials communications
- Shape commercialization strategy, including pricing and market analysis
- Turn CEO and leadership priorities into shipped outcomes
What You'll Bring- 4+ years in investing, banking, consulting, or operations
- High agency and urgency: you default to action and never wait to be told what to do
- Strategic thinker and high-slope learner who is comfortable at a high level and willing to roll your sleeves up
- Experience with large, complex capital transactions and a track record of leading and closing high-value agreements
- A collaborative and effective communicator
- An appreciation for robotics as a full system and a real point of view on physical AI. No robotics experience required, just genuine passion and opinions about where it's going
Nice to Have- Exposure to companies that scaled or inflected rapidly
- Operating experience at a deep tech company, especially standing up functions 01
- Fluency in financial modeling, market strategy, and unit economics for hardware businesses
What You're Not- Someone who wants to stay in pure analysis
- Looking for a role where the scope is fully defined before work begins
- More comfortable advising from the sidelines than owning outcomes directly
Even if you don't meet every single requirement, we encourage you to apply. Studies show that women and underrepresented groups often hold back unless they meet 100% of the criteria - we don't want that to be the reason we miss out on great talent.
