You will work closely with channel partners, clients, and cross-functional teams to communicate requirements, resolve escalations, and help ensure network-related changes are implemented accurately and on time.

What you'll do:
  • Review debit, electronic benefits transfer (EBT), and fleet card network change documentation, release materials, and bulletin requests to identify business, platform, and system requirements.
  • Analyze network-mandated changes across Fiserv systems and document operational impacts, client impacts, and associated business risks.
  • Summarize change requirements and implementation impacts for clients, merchants, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Create, distribute, and present materials for new programs, processes, and procedures related to debit network changes and releases.
  • Educate internal teams, channel partners, and clients on network payment acceptance requirements, compliance matters, and release impacts.
  • Provide payment acceptance subject matter expertise to support Fiserv employees, channels, and clients that require network-specific guidance.
  • Act as an escalation point for highly escalated production issues, coordinate issue resolution, and communicate issue status and outcomes appropriately.
  • Maintain network support grids, including escalation contacts and outage-related impact points across supported networks.

Experience you'll need to have:
  • 5+ years of experience in payment processing, including reviewing debit/credit, electronic benefits transfer (EBT), and fleet card network bulletins, releases, and mandated requirements.
  • 5+ years of experience assessing business and system impacts for network changes across payment platforms, operational processes, and client-facing services.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting production incidents, researching root causes, and driving issue resolution in a payment processing or network support environment.
  • Experience using Fiserv mainframe tools and business applications including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat PDF, and DocuSign.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex network documentation, summarize requirements, and present business impacts clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel to sort, filter, and analyze data, including formulas and pivot tables.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, or a related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:
  • Experience supporting 30 or more debit, electronic benefits transfer (EBT), or fleet card networks.
  • Experience presenting industry bulletins and mandates to financial institutions, technical partners, operational stakeholders, and key client contacts.
  • Experience maintaining audit-ready tracking and reporting for industry bulletins, notices, and network mandates.
  • Knowledge of network payment acceptance rules, compliance practices, and merchant or client communication processes.

How you'll work:
  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
