Full Job Description
Fitch Ratings is currently seeking a Senior Market Research Associate role within the U.S. Structured Credit Business Relationship Management (BRM) group based out of our New York office.

The candidate will be a key member of the team. This role will suit someone who is seeking to develop a career in a front-line relationship management/marketing role.

How You'll Make an Impact:
  • The candidate will support the senior members of the US Structured Credit BRM Team in managing and developing Fitch's relationships both internally and externally. This role will have the additional responsibility of supporting CLO investor outreach efforts.
  • The role requires the candidate to prepare and create opportunities and generate agreements from Salesforce. The ability to create and export reports from Salesforce as well as maintain marketing distribution lists.
  • The candidate will be responsible for research, development, and preparation of marketing materials under guidance from senior members of the team. Individual must be self-sufficient and adept at putting together PowerPoint presentations and working with Excel spreadsheets.
  • The candidate will be responsible for recording, maintaining and interpreting all CLO market share data.
  • The candidate will be responsible for monitoring Fitch CLO research publications, producing timely marketing distribution content and providing data to the team on viewership.

FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $100,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch's total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
