About the Role:Our Business Recruiting team is growing, and we're looking for someone who is deeply curious, highly agile, and energized by the work of building talent-dense teams. You'll own searches for our early career roles across the business, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and assess candidates. You'll think creatively about how to find talent, experiment with new sourcing and evaluation approaches, and use AI and modern tools to work smarter and move faster.
Traditional recruiting experience isn't required. We welcome candidates from sales, operations, customer-facing roles, or entirely different backgrounds. What matters most is that you're resourceful, quick to learn, and relentless about outcomes. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love using AI and Notion to increase your leverage, and are excited to help shape the future of recruiting, we'd love to hear from you.
This role is based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We're looking for someone who's excited to work alongside the team during those days.
What You'll Achieve:- Own recruiting for our highest-volume and early career roles across People, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Storytelling.
- Build creative sourcing and outbound strategies that help us identify and engage exceptional talent, continuously experimenting with modern tools, channels, and AI-forward approaches to improve how we hire.
- Contribute to redesigning how we evaluate candidates through building prompts, work trials, and creative experiments.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, calibrate on talent, run structured and rigorous interview processes, and make thoughtful hiring decisions.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach through close, helping candidates understand our mission, teams, and roles.
- Learn the craft of recruiting from a high-performing team while developing into a trusted talent partner who influences how we attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent.
Skills You'll Bring:- Proven track record of execution: Experience in recruiting, sales, business development, growth, operations, or another role that required proactively creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.
- Learner's mindset: You actively seek feedback, adapt quickly, and are energized by tackling unfamiliar challenges.
- AI Native: You're genuinely interested in AI technologies and eager to learn how to build with them. You see AI as a tool to automate workflows, reduce toil, and accelerate execution. Beyond personal use, you're excited to champion AI adoption across the Recruiting organization, helping teammates discover new ways to work smarter and more efficiently.
- Thoughtful problem-solving: You approach problems holistically, starting with a clear and accurate understanding of the context. You can navigate ambiguity successfully, decompose complex problems into clean solutions, while also balancing the business impact of what you're building.
- Proactive communication and high agency: You own your work, communicating clearly about progress and blockers. You don't wait for instructions for every step but rather show initiative in identifying what needs to be done and driving projects forward. You ask questions when needed while independently finding solutions to problems.

A Note on AIYou don't need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement - when that's the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don't treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
