You will:- Act as a strategic partner to G&A leaders, developing a deep understanding of their teams, roles, and priorities.
- Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple concurrent searches: from building sourcing strategies from scratch through offer structuring and close.
- Use pipeline data, conversion metrics, and market benchmarks to diagnose problems early and influence hiring decisions.
- Stay ahead of search dynamics by anticipating stakeholder needs, refining processes, and keeping hiring teams aligned and moving.
- Collaborate with recruiting coordinators and sourcers to ensure a transparent, consistent, and candidate-first interview experience.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices to build diverse, high-performing teams.
- You enjoy staying current on AI tools and finding creative ways to integrate them across your work.
- Serve as a skilled problem solver, negotiator, and coach throughout the hiring process.
Ideally you'd have:- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments, with a track record of closing senior candidates in competitive markets.
- Strong ability to use data and insights to influence leaders and drive decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information and earn trust quickly.
- Skilled in negotiation and market positioning, with up-to-date knowledge of G&A talent markets.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, including Director+ level partnership.
Compensation packages at Scale for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits.
